PumpTrakr Policies

April 12, 2025

Payment Terms: Net 15 days unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Deposit Requirements:
- Orders under $1,500: 100% payment due before shipment.
- Orders over $1,500: 50% deposit required before shipment.
Tariffs: Orders subject to tariffs require 100% of the tariff amount to be paid upfront before shipment.
Flow Meter Orders: 100% of hardware cost is due upfront for all flow meter purchases.
Outstanding Balance: All outstanding invoices must be paid in full before any new equipment can bepurchased, installed, or shipped.

Return Window: Unopened, unused products may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
Products must be in original, unused, resellable condition with original packaging to qualify.
Restocking Fee Schedule (after 60 days):
61 days to 1 year: 50% restocking fee
After 1 year: No returns accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom hardware, software, Final Sale items, or products damaged by misuse or improper installation.
Return Process: Request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return shipments must be prepaid and clearly marked with the RA number. Unauthorized or late returns may be refused.

Farmer-Installed Products: Limited warranty and liability apply to products installed by the customer or a third party.

Controlled exposure applies depending on the product and installation method (for example, customer-installed flow meters).

Standard Warranty: PumpTrakr hardware is warranted against manufacturing defects for one year under normal use.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, or acts of nature.
Warranty Claims: Contact Nathan@BoldCypress.com with the product serial number, a description of the issue, and any available photos or data logs. Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Lead Times: Standard orders ship within 5-10 business days. Custom orders may require additional lead time.
Order Changes and Cancellations: Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Orders canceled after this window may be subject to fees.
Limitation of Liability: PumpTrakr’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. PumpTrakr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
